You do not need to be present to win. The rifle will be transferred to the winner via a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in accordance with state and federal regulations.
The FFC-MVPA is an IRS 501(c)3 Tax Exempt organization, qualified to receive tax deductible contributions under IRC Section 170, as well as other gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
